HIGHLIGHTS:

Creating a Family Culture: How Franchisees Bond and Grow Together – Kevin Oldham

“The number one thing is I love particularly in my last company, like, we did a phenomenal job of creating a family like culture with our franchisees. And it was really cool because everybody is growing in the same direction with the same brand, the same mission. And when we’d get together for, like, regional meetings or national meetings or whatever, one of my favorite things to do was just watch all the franchisees connect with each other. You would just see them trading notes and just looking forward to the fellowship and seeing their colleagues throughout the United States and in the latter stages throughout the world. Like, it was just such a really cool thing. So the family environment, particularly between the franchisees, because they just Really start to bond together is really cool to watch.”

Maximizing Potential: Franchise Footprint and Expansion – Kevin Oldham

“I love the scalability factor of a franchise system as a franchisor. Very very few business models do you get to go and build out, like, infrastructure and a footprint utilizing other people’s capital. And that’s really what the franchise model is doing. You’ve created your brand and whatnot. And then other people were injecting their capital and their resources into it to open their locations of your brand. So that’s really cool.”
