HIGHLIGHTS:

Intentional Business Decisions and Road Maps – Michele Henry

Absolutely intentional. I’ve had businesses that I’ve wanted to franchise that I haven’t. I’ve also had businesses that I was the sole owner of. I love helping people create a road map and inspiring and really finding that entrepreneurial spark in a partnership. And so I knew right away with Face Foundrié that it was going to be a concept that we could franchise and that people would get excited about. And we’ve been really lucky because our franchisees are the best in class. They are fantastic people, and we make sure that during discovery day, we align on our values because it’s so important to set that early foundation.

Reimagining Beauty: A Franchise’s Mission to Make a Global Impact through Empowerment – Michele Henry

“Our internal motto is always when you look good and you feel good, you do good. So our whole goal is to change the world by making people feel good, both of our franchisees, but also our clients. And so it’s 1 facial at a time. We’re trying to change the world.”

Finding the Right Pace for Organic Business Growth – Kevin Oldham

“Literally is the best way to go. If you can grow organically at a pace that works for you, at a pace that works for your team, that’s a heck yes. Sometimes these systems grow too fast, and there’s just not enough capital or not enough, you know, resources to support the growth. And so there is something to be said about growing at a I like to say manageable pace. Not too fast, not too slow. Just what’s great for you.”
